I can be competent, present, motivated, and still see everything only from the perspective of my own part. <br\/>That&#8217;s why the orchestra metaphor fascinates me: no one stops being themselves, every voice remains distinct, every instrument keeps its own timbre, and it is precisely in the relationship that something emerges that no one could create alone.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">From I to We<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.5\">In an orchestra, listening is not a passive gesture. It means continuing to bring your own voice while, at the same time, modifying what you are doing in relation to what is happening around you. It is a continuous balance between individual expression and collective responsibility, and it is precisely in this space that a group of people can begin to become something more than the sum of individual parts.  <br\/>That&#8217;s where I&#8217;m interested in working: in the moment when people begin to listen to each other, adapt, make space, support one another, and take responsibility for what they are creating together.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">What Being an Orchestra means<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.5\"><strong>Being an Orchestra means remaining yourself while simultaneously making space to learn to think, feel, and act as We.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A group is not an orchestra, but it can become one.
