As a musician, music therapist and musical facilitator, I design and lead experiences for companies, retreats and performance contexts, integrating live music, listening practices and group facilitation.
When working with organizations, I also use Agile Coaching and Agile Facilitation tools to make group dynamics visible and foster collaboration, shared responsibility and adaptability.
